Blooms and Berries Festival

The Blooms and Berries Festival in Mississauga last Sunday was an absolute blast. I had a wonderful time vendoring with some of my traditional printmaking pieces and a few paintings. Met so many lovely people and really felt connected to my community!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, everyone who bought my work, and all the other vendors there for helping and chatting with me.

Mothman was certainly my most popular print at this market which has prompted me to do some more limited runs with his lino block. See the Portfolio and Products tab to see the latest run of mothmen (at the time of writing this, I just finished my neon red mothmen series).

Pablo, my giant plastic isopod who helped hold my business cards, was also very popular. Not only was he my booth-mate and helper, but he sparked many conversations with passerbys. Thus, I went home and carved a new lino block inspired by my creepy crawly friend. Isopod Party is my latest print that will be featured alongside the neon red Mothman prints in my future markets.

Can’t wait for more opportunities to sell my work. Lots of things being made and talked about behind the scenes. Stay tuned!
